We are aware that there are some cadets and midshipmen that are unable to attend due to finals schedule. We are sorry about this but we have to schedule the ball many months prior to academy schedules being published. Regardless: If you are in this situation PLEASE GO AHEAD AND FILL THIS OUT SO WE CAN HONOR ALL OF OUR CADETS AND MIDSHIPMEN even if they cant make it to the ball.

    if formal graduation picture not available, please find a dress uniform picture with a neutral background.
    Some Cadets and Midshipmen are unable to attend due to finals. Please indicate so the speakers will know that they are not present.
