2025 HOTEL INFORMATION:
- Hilton Garden Inn
- 1615 Campus Drive, Hurst, Texas 76054
- Reservations will be made by individuals. Guests can call the hotel directly at 817-281-5800, give their stay dates, and ask for the “Lone Star Military Ball“ block to receive the group rate. Guests can also use the custom reservation link.
- Deadline – Rooms will be held until December 2,2025. After this date, remaining rooms in block will be released and the group rate and room types will no longer be guaranteed.

If you are registering a First Class Cadet or Midshipman for the ball, complete the First Class Bio Page for the Firstie Honor Ceremony. In addtion, we need EVERYONE to help us with the slide show. Please submit up to 5 photos of your cadet or midshipman to be included in the All Academy Slide Show
